"Pictures of Sound" :: 4:00 - 6:00 PM :: $10 (regular) $5 (student) While the video poem is not a new thing, the growth of technology and social networking has led to an exciting increase of video poems being released into the world. Join us as East Van Poetry Salon's Chris Gilpin hosts a curated showcase and panel discussion on the art of the video poem, the experiences behind them, and the importance of this form in the age of the viral video.
