Margo Cooper's show, Human Together, “is a reflection on the interconnectedness of humanity, inspired by Desmond Tutu’s insight that our humanity is intertwined, "for we can only be human together." This exhibit will feature a harmonious blend of abstract figurative paintings by Margo Cooper and sculptures, by guest sculptor Sandy Voldeng. The core theme of the exhibition is the exploration of ordinary human emotions and experiences, portrayed through a figurative abstract style. Both artists share a fondness and deep respect for capturing the essence of what it means to be human, yet they approach this shared vision through their unique mediums and techniques.
