Picastro is a long-running Toronto progenitor of sadcore/slowcore art rock, ambient folk. The band has toured extensively in North America and Europe alongside acts such as Sharon Van Etten, Xiu Xiu and Broken Social Scene and has appeared on BBC 6, WFMU and VPRO in the Netherlands. https://picastro.bandcamp.com/ Funeral Lakes is an indie rock/dream pop project currently based in Kingston, Ontario.
