With a stunning backdrop of Willows Beach, these outdoor concerts gather the community to celebrate music and the arts. Our concerts highlight local musicians with emerging artists as opening acts. Presented by Oak Bay Parks, Recreation and Culture. KELE FLEMING Kele Fleming is a singer-songwriter who currently resides in Victoria, BC. Kele gracefully weaves the vulnerability of traditional folk with the raw power of rock and roll. Her voice is a thunderstorm of emotion and grit that generously pours into the souls of her listeners. R.MASON r.mason is singer-instrumentalist Rebecca Barritt, guitar player Jonathan Blokmanis, and bass player Aaron Blair.
