Event Description
As we barrel down to the road to Victoria's 24th Annual Ska & Reggae Festival we're making a stop to see our dear friends and one of Canada's coolest bands, KOBO TOWN. Kobo Town's blend of calypso, ska, dancehall and dub has made them favourites wherever they go, but their music has truly found a second home here on the west coast. Their chilled-out but bouncy island-vibes and satirical storytelling fit perfectly here on the sunny BC coast. The last time Kobo Town visited us was for a show-stopping set headlining Thursday night of last years Victoria Ska & Reggae Fest, where they played a career-spanning set that kept the dance floor hot long after the sun went down.
