KHOTIN (Ghostly International, Edmonton) CINDY REICHEL (Patchwerks, Seattle) KUMA (Waxing Crescent, See Blue Audio, Vancouver) PRINCE SHIMA (Victoria) PIU (Nanaimo) Presented by the Garden City Electronic Music Society and supported by the Government of Canada, the Province of British Columbia, the Capital Regional District and the City of Victoria.
