If three straight nights of world-class music wasn't amazing enough, Garden City Grooves VIII is excited offer a second free, all ages workshop featuring New Orleans' living legends The Soul Rebels on Sunday, February 27th from 3:30pm - 4:30pm at White Eagle Hall.
