The Attila Fias Trio + Attila Fias - piano, synth Louis Rudner - upright bass, electric bass Alex Campbell - drums + Special guest: Nick La Riviere - trombone Attila Fias and his group will be heating up your crisp autumn evening with a program of fiery hot music paired with lyrical, soulful compositions. This will be a fascinating journey through styles such as modern jazz, traditional jazz, fusion, world-jazz and jazz-folk! They'll be playing their arrangements of American songbook standards and music by masters such as Antonio Carlos Jobim, Hermeto Pascoal, Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea and more. They will also be presenting Attila's world-jazz original pieces infused with his Brazilian, Hungarian and Indian flavours, including new compositions.
