4 bands 3 bucks plus fire twirlers "SOLA" (formerly Youth On Fire) and a Victoria Youth Art Show. If you're bussing it, take the 50 or 52 from Downtown and get off at Western Exchange. All profits go towards the new West Shore Youth Centre.
