Have you ever stopped to ask yourself what the impact of dividing your attention in so many directions has on the quality of your work and life? “Minding our Health in the Cyber Age: The impact of multitasking on our well-being” will report on recent startling research and scientific data about some of the negative impacts digital distraction and multitasking are having on our behaviour and neurological capacities.
