Sponsored by Esquimalt's Township Community Arts Council, the Esquimalt Arts Festival is held once a year in late August, to celebrate arts of all sorts. There are painters, potters, sculptors and other visual arts, great food, and of course, a live music stage. Outdoors in the beautiful Memorial Park on Esquimalt Road, there is easy access by bus #15. Parking is nil, so a bicycle is also a great option. This is Lorraine Nygaard's 6th appearance at the Arts Festival, and one that we all love: Community and culture! Also appearing with Lorraine is Ashley Wey on piano, Louis Rudner on bass, and Kelby MacNayr on drums.
