Event Description
This Food, Wine and Jazz Feast brings together handcrafted food by Cowichan Valley foraging icon, chef and author Bill Jones; paired perfectly with wines from family-owned, sustainably-farmed and award-winning Blue Grouse Estate Winery; and capped off by rhythms of jazz from New York City's vibrant pianist, composer and producer Misha Piatigorsky.
The event will feature a long-table, white-cloth, farm-to-table dinner prepared by Chef Jones. Canapés will be served and followed by a 4-course dinner paired perfectly with newly released Blue Grouse wines. The food and wine will be crowned by Maestro Piatigorsky and friends unique jazz interpretations. All against the backdrop of one of the Valley’s iconic wineries and vineyards.
