Back by popular demand, Groovin’ Hard Jazz Band returns to Hermann’s. Named after the Don Menza tune that was a favourite of both Doc Severinsen’s and Buddy Rich’s big bands, Groovin’ Hard certainly lives up to its name. With the standard big band line up of saxes, trumpets, trombones and a rhythm section, and two very accomplished vocalists Alf Small and Linda Billings, Groovin’ Hard will entertain with jazz, big band and Latin tunes from the 1920s to the late 1990s. It is a band not to be missed.Doors open for dinner at 5:00 pm; music starts at 7:00 pm
Price $12; $10 students and seniors. Tickets available at the door.
