Event Description
From Walt Whitman, Rupert Brooke, and Frances Ledwidge to the unnamed bards of folksongs, poets have forged their greatest works in the crucible of war. Chor Leoni focuses on this powerful poetry as expressed in musical setting by Gustav Holst, Stephen Smith, and Michael McGlynn in a beloved Remembrance Day tradition.Repeats at 8pm at Vancouver's St. Andrew's-Wesley United Church.
