Event Description

The Victoria Immigrant and Refugee Centre Society presents internationally acclaimed singer Nelly Furtado, who will headline the PHOENIX: Syrian Refugee Fundraising Concert, featuring 54 40’s Neil Osborne and Latin Grammy winner Alex Cuba. Nelly Furtado is not only known for chart-topping music, but also for significant acts of benevolence supporting the development of young musicians, as well as assisting the plight of refugees. The Victoria Symphony will be supporting Nelly Furtado’s performance with truly original orchestral renditions by American composer Sean O’Loughlin.
