Event Description
An evening of original music from the soul, from three of Vancouver's finest vocal talents: (doors @ 8pm//show @ 9pm) Tonye Aganaba is a citizen of the universe, undefined by boundaries. It’s a distinction that suits her well, for a woman who has lived and performed around the globe. Born in the UK to her Nigerian father, and Zimbabwean mother - she landed in Canada at the tender age of 13 - residing in rural SK, BC and AB before heading to the lower mainland. It is in Vancouver that she truly found her voice, and with it, an amazing community of musicians and artists with whom she has continued to grow and flourish as a woman, a leader, and an artist.
