Bluesy, sleeper anthems that look into future human relationships. Never wearing his influences on his sleeve, Scotty draws from city blues, r n’b, old country, and soul music, then exhales a voice that is an equal sum of them all. Stories and voice, like the farm when you were 4, and granddad’s records, juxtaposed with post modern leanings. Akin to a well oiled machine, on a well travelled road.
