Access to Music Foundation presents A Night to Honour Senator Tommy Banks, Wednesday October 22nd, doors 7pm. Senator Tommy Banks has conducted symphony orchestras throughout North America and Europe as well as his history as a beloved CBC host of nationally and internationally syndicated and network television programmes, including "The Tommy Banks Show", "Celebrity Revue", "Tommy Banks Jazz", and many more. He has appeared or collaborated with such luminaries as Clifford Jordan, Sonny Stitt, John Handy, Zoot Sims, Mark Murphy, Anita O'Day, Nat Adderly, Al Cohn, Pepper Adams, Joe Williams, Art Farmer, and many other greats.
