Event Description

It's International Women's Day and time to talk about women's rights in Afghanistan - a country still near the bottom of the list for women's rights. We will look at women's rights under the Taliban and the changes since 2001, the improvements and the continuing challenges. Register at gvpl.ca or call the library for more information.
