We have all felt the cold icy hand of betrayal thrust through our chest by the very person we held most dear. Felt the knife slowly cut into our chest and stared into their eyes as they tore the life-giving organ from our body and watched us slowly bleed into the afterlife. Well metaphorically anyway.
