Event Description
The 30th annual International Blues Challenge, presented by The Blues Foundation is slated for January 21-January 25 as blues musicians from around the world will compete for cash, prizes and industry recognition. This international talent search held in Memphis, Tennessee will feature more than 125 bands and 80 solo/duo acts battling for the finals at the prestigious Orpheum Theater (US). For the fifth consecutive year, the White Rock Blues Society will be determining and sponsoring the talent that will represent British Columbia at this yearly esteemed competition. Vying talent to be showcased at FanClub includes Arsen Shomakov Band, James “Buddy” Rogers Band, Harpdog Brown Band, David Gates, Brandon Isaak, and Poppa Dawg.Event Poster
