Event Description

Soprano’s and Absolute Underground are hosting their first annual Battle of the Bands starting April.8th at 4pm and every Sunday until the Finals June.24th. This year’s prizes will be 15 hours recording time in the Soma Studio with Eric Hogg and 100 copies of your bands own jewel cased CD, paid gigs at Soprano’s, and most of all, bragging rights. Up to $5000 in cash and prizes to be won. It is free to enter and no demo is required. Finals will be held in Soprano’s on Sunday June 17th & 24th, 2012. The winners will be announced June.24th at the end of the night. The band voted by the crowd to be the best of the night will advance to the next round. Winners will be announced on the final night.
