Friday September 17– Casbah! w/ The Notes From Underground + Bella & guests THE NOTES FROM UNDERGROUND are one of Vancouver's most promising bands and accordingly they have seen their profile rise considerabley over the past year. From dates opening for Ted Leo & The Pharmacists to headlining shows at almost ever local venue in town these guys are on fire. Mixing the dirty sounds of NYC rock circa early 70's with classic indie rock influences from such seminal bands as Pavement, Pixies and Sebadoh, The Notes have come up with a prefect formula.
