The first annual cancer benefit, with all proceeds going to the Canadian Cancer Society for ongoing research. Date: Tuesday, July 19th, 2011 Location: The Biltmore Cabaret (395 Kingsway) Time: Doors @ 8pm Advance Tickets: $12 At the Door: $15 Advance Tickets will be available at Zulu, Bone Rattle, Neptoon Records, The Fall, and Red Cat Records The death of Poly Styrene of X-Ray Spex from breast and spinal cancer prompted us to organize OH CANCER! UP YOURS! with the intention of raising funds for research. By bringing together as many related charities and services as possible, we hope to make this the biggest, baddest, boldest cancer benefit Vancouver has ever seen.
