HOT PANDA: Having been compared to everyone from Daniel Johnson to the Talking Heads, the high energy pop rock sound of Hot Panda is hard to fully explain. Their “raucous live show” is guaranteed to make you move and you should fully expect to get your dance on. Hot Panda has played beside a roster of reputable acts including Art Brut, The Raveonettes and Tokyo Police Club. Edmonton ex pats and Mint Records alumni, their music is genre defying and incorporates elements of Brit pop, gypsy swing and even opera solos.
