Violet Femmes Showcase at The Media Club RPW Records presents a Violet Femmes Showcase Concert. An eclectic collection of creatively engaging women, at the MEDIA CLUB 695 Cambie St. on Wednesday April 1st at 8:00. Marian Call, from Alaska, brings her quirky songwriting stylings. AURAL Heather (Heather Haley and Roderick Schoolbraid) perform their difficult to define spoken word song, “a unique fusion of song and spoken word”. They join Vancouver's Beth Southwell singing with a fire in her soul and her heart in hand. This is a great night in the making, charismatic women performing in a variety of genres.
