VICTORIA'S 9TH ANNUAL SKA FESTIVAL is again coming up quickly!:) For a ninth straight year everyone is very excited about how the festival will rock everyone's summer on the westcoast of Canada and for people around the world. For the first time Victoria BC Ska Society is proud to have the pioneers of the genre itself THE SKATALITES headline the festival. Also, New York's EASY STAR ALL STARS will co-headline with the Skatalites in what is shaping up to be one of the most exciting, dynamic line-ups in the festival's history!! As many of you may know EASY STAR ALL -STARS Longtime Easy Star producers Michael G and Victor Rice, reinterpreted Pink Floyd's 'Dark Side of the Moon,' transforming it into deep dub and reggae grooves.
