Internationally established emcee Bahamadia (Philadelphia), Bahamadia solidified her international underground reputation by performing with The Roots, Morcheeba, Eyrkah Badu, Talib Kweli, to name a few. She is dedicated to underground movements, creative excellence, and a stellar collaborative practice that hones her passion. http://www.myspace.com/bahamadiaBack by popular demand after a short appearance at Under the Volcano ’07 Kia Kadiri & Ndidi Cascade take the mic, with Kytami (violin), and Timothy Wisdom (decks) giving soul to our co-creative theme with Dee Cru II ripping up the dance floor. We are honoured to introduce “The Heard” featuring East Van rap artists Shay Faded, Zach and Kaboom. DJ Buzy B rocks the decks and mic with her conscious soulful lyrics.
