Flex Your Head is Vancouver-based hardcore and punk radio program broadcasting weekly on CiTR 101.9fm.

Flex Your Head broadcasts every Tuesday from 6 - 8 pm (Pacific time) on CiTR 101.9fm in Vancouver, Canada. If you can't tune in on your radio or through cable, CiTR also broadcasts live on the internet in RealAudio. Don't worry - if you've only got a 56K dial-up connection you can still enjoy our live internet broadcasts.
