The Rogue Folk Club, SongRoots and Chris Mann are thrilled to present STAY GOLDEN! - Chris Mann's 70th Birthday & SongRoots Fundraiser Concert!Local choral singer Chris Mann is thrilled to co-host “STAY GOLDEN”, with a banquet of a concert including diverse performances and even some fun group singing. She is celebrating her 70th birthday with gratitude, zest and a twinkle in her eye. Shine on! Sing on!
From Minnesota, special guest musician, song-leader and educator Sarina Partridge will light up the night with engaging songs for all! Joining her on stage in various configurations are local illustrious & sensational musicians Jennifer Scott, Karla Mundy, Tanglewood Trio, Laura Crema, Bill Coon, Patti Powell and friends.
This event is a fundraiser for SongRoots Singing Camp, a week-long tango of fun on glorious Gambier Island. This uplifting community inspires endless joyful singing! A bursary fundraiser helps those needing a little financial support. Affirming, welcoming, Queer and BIPOC-friendly, singers of all ages and stages love getting on this carousel of merriment each summer.
