François Houle Festival Chamber Orchestra
Based in Vancouver, clarinetist François Houle is an internationally respected presence on the improvised music scene and has also gained recognition as a skilled composer and bandleader. In celebration of this year’s 20th anniversary, Houle was commissioned by the Jazz Festival to create this world premier for chamber orchestra plus five soloists. Expect a unique and exciting performance on this special night.
