These seasoned chefs have been serving their blend of finger-licking funk, picante pop, luscious Latin, and sizzling soul jams everywhere from the Victoria International jazz Fest to Butchart Gardens… from the Music in the Park series to the Moss Street Paint in… as well as many of the hottest rooms in town and beyond.
