Event Description
Silk Road Music celebrates the Lunar New Year and the first Full Moon of 2022! This concert includes a delightful variety of songs from the classical repertoire to folk based pieces that are popular in the Chinese communities. Silk Road will play some rare Chinese instruments that are not commonly seen or heard.Vancouver-based Silk Road Music is an ensemble that bridges classical Chinese music to the practices of the 21st century. Since 1991, they have performed hundreds of concerts all over the world.
