Event Description
Ambient music has a long history going back decades, even before Brian Eno coined the term. Victoria BC has shared in that legacy going back at least 25 years, and we are proud to present three artists, originally from Victoria, who made significant contributions to the development of a local and regional ambient music scene during the 1990s, and are still active as producers, DJs and event promoters in Vancouver. BINHEX - aka Nicole Goodman HASSELHOFF - aka Quentin Rogers Quentin and Nicole are best known for opening Victoria's first dedicated electronic music retail outlet, Temple of Sound, in June 1994.
