Event Description

Cuban-Canadian international award winning harmonica master Carlos del Junco fashions sound the way Michelangelo sculpted his David—with daring and sensuality. A world-class virtuoso of the harmonica, del Junco is a pioneer of the “overblow” technique on a ten-hole harmonica. The result is a sophisticated, expressive, and communicative blues/jazz fusion ranging from the sublime to quirky. Carlos is joined by The Blues Mongrels, Eric St. Laurent (guitar) and Henry Heillig (bass), in a show that will leave you amazed.
