Event Description
At the age of 19, Joanna Streetly arrived on the west coast of Vancouver Island and immersed herself in the vast boating culture found there. Since then she has experienced countless unforgettable and life-changing adventures, exploring the landscapes within herself and those found on our beautiful island home.The story of Wild Fierce Life will be presented alongside the beautiful collection of poetry by Kate Braid entitled Elemental, a collection that asks us to look closer at ourselves and the world around us.
Fire, water, earth, air and wood all come together on May 17th for an evening of adventure, poetry, nature, and the power and fragility of the worlds we have inside and out.
This event is a presentation of Bolen Books Caitlin Press.
