Event Description
Karel Roessingh is a composer, arranger, producer and musician who has written hundreds of scores for TV and film. He’s performed with symphony orchestras and rock, jazz, and folk ensembles throughout the world. Karel has many of his own recordings, produced Canadian folk legend Valdy's latest CD, co-produced Maureen Washington's Christmas album, played and arranged for a new CD by Edie Daponte, and is currently working on two new albums of his own. Karel has been the recipient of numerous awards. The latest is an award by Westshore Arts Council in appreciation of Highlands Music Coffee House’ work in bringing arts and music to Westshore and Karel Roessingh’s music acheivements.
