I am thrilled to announce the completion of my brand new jazz album, More Trumpet. It's a collection of popular vocal jazz songs, done up traditionally with lots of improvisation and some surprise cello counterpoint. The party is at The Kino (3456 Cambie St) at 8pm (music starts at 8:30pm) on Dec 18th 2016, just in time for Christmas! We will be playing a traditional jazz set (with possibly a couple of choice Christmas standards) and then a more contemporary party set (to let loose). Admission is by donation (sugg. $5-$10). You may call 604-875-1998 to reserve a table. I will have (beautiful) hard copies available and it will be available on iTunes, CD Baby, Spotify, and Apple Music.
