Please join us for another evening of art and community. Our open mic welcomes all forms of expression. So bring prose, stand up, theatre, poetry... Each month we feature three artists in different genres. October's features: BRETT DEROUIN - FICTION Brett is a former editor for undergraduate journals This Side of West and The Warren Review, and the founding editor for the online literary journal Nudity House. Originally from Calgary, Brett is in his final year at UVic where he writes fiction, poetry, and screenplays. His film Silence, I Invade the Sky was featured last autumn in The Monthly Screen Festival.
