Jordan from The Noise Floor Recording Studio has been accepted as 1 of 14 people from around the world who will be studying under Steve Albini this February at Studio La Fabrique in the south of France. The workshop, Mix With The Masters, pairs engineers like him from all over the world with some of today’s top engineers and producers. There will be a series of discussions about production techniques, mental approach towards mixing, career advice, workshops, lots of tracking and mixing with real clients of Steve’s. There will also be one on one time where Steve and Jordan re-mix some of his work together. For those unfamiliar with Steve, he has worked with artists like The Pixies , The Stooges ,Nirvana, Jimmy Page & Robert Plant, plus countless other small independent artists... more...Event Poster
