12 Midnite’s MOTION SICKNESS STUDIOS on Vancouver’s East Side was damaged by a fire on the morning of October 22 Thanks to the quick actions of witnesses, neighbors and the Vancouver Fire Department, damage to the building was kept to one corner. Amazingly, fire fighters managed to push my custom 49 Chevy outside to safety, and were apparently exceptionally careful to do the least damage possible to the artwork in the shop. My thanks goes out to them! Fortunately, the insurance will probably cover at least a minimal amount of the loss, and family and friends were quick to lend help and support.
