Bring your haunting tunes and poems of death, loss and bloodshed! featuring: BILLY TUGGLE aka KARMA 360 BILLY TUGGLE IS a vocalist, performance poet and HipHop activist. Born and residing in Chicago, Billy has represented Wicker Park in the Midwest Slam League (2002) and the National Poetry Slam(2004). In 2003, he made his film debut as, get this, a slam poet, in New Film Productions Urban Poet. Also known as Karma, Billy co-founded HipHop activist/promotions crew S.T.O.R.M.Troopers and is a member of the Temple of HipHop.
