This vivacious group have the ability to harness the spirit of indie punk with melodic and textural maturity. Described in Esquire magazine as 'caustically charming', the band draws influence from jangly lo-fi indie pop, atmospheric psychedelic jam bands, 90s power rock, and, like everybody else, The Beatles and Radiohead. Since their signing to Canada's Mint Records in 2008, HOT PANDA has released three critically acclaimed full length albums (2012's 'Go Outside', 2010's 'How Come I'm Dead', and 2009's 'Volcano, Bloody Volcano').
