A solid evening of rollicking folk, pop and rock at the Railway!Lauren Mann and the Fairly Odd Folk capture the attention of their listeners with extraordinary indie pop melodies and an authentic performance. With three Canadian tours in their first year and a new album to be released in early 2012, they are making their mark as a fresh sound in the music scene.
Folk Thief is the latest incarnation of Canadian singer /songwriter Dave Hadgkiss. With influences ranging from folk to punk, from country to rock' n' roll, Dave has developed his own critically-acclaimed unique style and has been compared to Steve Earle and John Prine.
Colourful Language is a pop duo based in Vancouver, BC, a fresh new side project of local favourites, the Geese.
