Event Description

Celebrate the festive season with two of Vancouver's top world music dance groups, performing together for the first time! ZIMBAMOTO, led by multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Kurai Mubaiwa, has become known for their high-energy, infectious and joyful fusion of Zimbabwean marimba music with pop, rock and reggae influences. For this concert, they are also joined Joining them on stage is Vancouver's sexiest Cuban salsa bands, PURO SON, led by trumpeter extraordinaire Miguelito Valdes, who has performed with many of Cuba's international elite, as well as with many of Vancouver's latin and jazz bands.
