Ascension Studios and Ruined Entertainment in association with Roadrunner Records present Capital City Tattoo Convention After Party Vol. I!!! The 1st Annual Capital City Tattoo Convention celebrates it's opening day with an after party at Sugar Nightclub with three of Victoria's most unique heavy rock artists. Dead Eyes Open start the evening combining music with an epic tale to create a concept unlike anything heard in music today and armed to the teeth with metallic riffs, haunting acoustic passages and memorable hooks for a sound to please every end of the musical spectrum.
