Every Monday we present the on-going production in the making called "the Evolution of Ska Music". On Sept. 1st we continue our focus on the classic UK Ska songs by the Specials, Madness, The beat, Selector, and more.Of course, the Skaspot Live All Star Band will continue to perform the great early ska and reggae songs from the 60's & 70's as well. Join us every week for this musical travelogue that takes us Jamaica to the UK and then around the world.
Special treat for this show as we have an amazing guest performance by Kutapira - Afro-Cuban and West African rhythms, reggae, samba and jazz all contribute to their incredible drum band featuring wooden Zimbabwean marimbas. And you can dance to Putapira big time - not to be missed!
