Event Description

Tidings is a seasonal celebration in song, featuring the talents of vocalist, pianist and songwriter Allison Crowe - returning home for a concert to aid The Mind's Eye (NYSA youth newspaper) + Woodlands SS Band & Basketball programs. This evening's concert repertoire will bring together some traditional Christmas carols and holiday favourites with an equal measure of Crowe's uniquely original blend of rock, jazz, folk, gospel and soul. It's a passionate and joyous sound ~ "Elton John meets Edith Piaf". With very special guest vocalists: Sara Anderson, Laura Ashley Brunet, Taylor Manns, Brynn Newman, Christie Ross, Kiana Smith & Briana Vojnovich. Accompanying on piano is Chelsea Peckett.
