Toronto vocalist, Christine Duncan, regarded by National critics as "one of the most elastic and versatile vocal instruments in Canada" and multi Juno Award Winning Hugh Fraser will be performing with the Victoria based "Hypatia - Creative Women's Jazz Orchestra" led by trumpeter, Lorae Farrell.
