Countless performances have left him with a commanding stage presence and a legion of fans that hang on his each and every word. He has received recognition in many prominant magazines including Spin and in 2000 landed a spot in Urb's Next 100 . He owns one of the most unique voices in hiphop and is a master at delivering stream of consciousness lyrics using a flow that rides the beat without a hint of awkwardness. With his best work on the horizon, Awol One is poised to maintain his status as one of the best emcees in the business.
